Thank you for your prayers and encouragement. My mom seems to be regaining strength daily. She was able to walk a bit more yesterday and get outside some. Last night she slept in her own bed. The sunshine and warmer weather sure help. 🌺🌸🌺

Well, the comeback kid went on two field trips yesterday and then went out for dinner.
Today, she was a little more tuckered out, but still about a hundred times better than last week.
She’s definitely more engaged again with what’s going on around her. Last night she came in the bedroom where we put the hospital bed, looked at the floor and said, “Well, it looks good in here. I don’t think the Cash Twins even need to come in here.”
”The Cash Twins?” I laughed, knowing she was meaning the cleaning service.
Realizing her mistake, she cracked up, “That’s not who I mean – not the Cash Twins – the Cash Cows.”
I burst out laughing then, “Don’t You mean the Dashmaids?”
Who knows what she’ll accidentally call them by the time they come back again. Hopefully it won’t be anything too insulting, because I know she means well. 🤓

Well, as you can see from this picture, last month isn’t the only time Beth’s “gone overboard”, but still managed to “crawl back in the boat”.
She’s walking enough to have had her hip pain come back, which hasn’t been fun for her to deal with, but is a sign of returning mobility.
Thank you for your prayers and encouragement. 🌵🌸🌵🌸🌵
