I wrote a big ambitious list this morning; but then started doing things around the house.
It dawned on me that most people don’t “do their jobs” six days a week, so I cut myself some slack in the writing department and focused on getting the rest of the house organized.
I’ve made a lot of progress and am greatly encouraged.
I think I needed to give myself permission just to putz and piddle and put stuff in order that’s been bugging me. It feels like I’m ending the week with a much cleaner slate.
What Did I Accomplish Today to Be a Writer?
I did Day 111 of the 100 Words a Day Writing Challenge 2024 through L.A. Writers’ Lab.

I’ll say more about that on another day – most likely next Saturday. For now, I’m gonna go eat a slice of pizza and do some more “detox” work on the piles in the garage – and perhaps after I eat, I’ll do some weed eating.
