I’ve Been Gone From This Blog Longer Than I Expected

I Took a Break From Blogging

I just wanted to check in and say I’m still alive. I took a break from blogging to finish emptying my parents’ house and recover from a long season of caregiving.

I Haven’t Stopped Writing

In the meantime, I have still been working on various writing projects. I’d reached a point in my Project 24 journey where they recommended getting involved with other people in my particular niche.

The introvert in me cried, “NO!”; but I’m committed to not keeping all my work hidden away on my hard drive, so I’ve made efforts to step way out of my comfort zone and work with other writers.

I hope to share more about my progress in a later post.

I'm not sure what to say here: I once got second place in a dog-look-alike-contest? I know how to fold a fitted sheet? I'm pretty much a poster child for social backwardness - at least as far as social media is concerned; but I have some stories I think I'm supposed to share and am attempting to do that here, in this space.
