I have some new writing goals today – because I’ve been working on my taxes.
I’m determined to do a better job of writing down what my receipts are for and adding in my mileage.
Getting a better system in place should help to salvage some brain cells.
What Did I Accomplish Today to Be a Writer?
I did Day 95 of the 100 Words a Day Writing Challenge 2024 through L.A. Writer’s Lab.
I did a number on my eyesight trying to work between two screens, my phone, and an unruly box full of receipts I’d gathered together from numerous crevices and locations, since my life has been so scattered over the last year or so.
Anyway, hopefully soon these taxes will be done, and I can get back to working on my book. Maybe next year my income could even equal my expenses. Wouldn’t that be something wonderful. In the meantime –
Thanks for reading what I’m writing,
Jody Susan
