Well, I made it through the week. There were some moments when I wasn’t sure that was going to happen.
I’ve had some health issues that kind of climaxed last weekend, so I’ve done my best to take it easy and not push quite so hard.
I’m hoping this will actually give me more time to write, because I think I was starting to get spread to thin – running from one place and person to another.
What Did I Accomplish Today to Be a Writer?
I did Day 69 of the 100 Words a Day Writing Challenge 2024 through LA Writer’s Lab. The daily discipline of journaling has really helped me to clear my head and continue to record the process of life adjustments after a loved one dies.
I’ve spent a fair amount of time just formatting and scheduling future posts, hoping that framework will help me have a steadier pace going forward. I tend to be kind of sporadic and would like to settle into more of a routine.
I’m keeping it short today – mostly because there’s no point in typing when I don’t have much to say.
Thanks for reading what I’m writing,
Jody Susan
