It’s Day 52, which seems so fitting, because I pretty much played “52 Pick Up”.
Nobody tossed a deck of cards on the ground; but I probably made all sorts of faces sorting through boxes and shifting items from one place to the next.
I do feel like the chaos is much more orderly; but it’s still there.
At least I have my living room floor back from the invasion of dry erase boards that took place a few days ago.
What Did I Accomplish Today to Be a Writer?
I did Day 52 of the 100 Words a Day Writing Challenge 2024 through LA Writer’s Lab.
I worked more on my business card. Canva is kickin’ my can.
Canva is a handy tool; but there are so many options that the perfectionist in me is probably taking too much time on this project.
I emptied a room upstairs to turn into my “writing strategy headquarters” – at least for right now.
I met with a group of women through LA Writer’s Lab. We discussed our work and did some writing prompts.
Okay, it’s 7:28 p.m. – and I’m trying to be disciplined about shutting down at a more reasonable time, so I’m signing off.
