My Journey to Become a Writer 11/30/2024 Post #335

It’s the day after the day after Thanksgiving, and I’ve decided to take part of the day off – plus it’s Saturday…

What Did I Accomplish Today to Be a Writer?

I did Day 335 of the 100 Words a Day Writing Challenge 2024 through L.A. Writers’ Lab (and actually remembered to check in this time – I think I’ve only missed two days all year, but I have forgotten to check in about fourteen times now).

I contacted a Voice Coach to see about improving my audio recordings, tried to re-record the two minutes of buzzing that’s keeping me from completing my audiobook, gave up on that, since I couldn’t match the sound quality, and watched the ACX playlist for being better at recording.

How Having a CEO is Helping My Writing & Business Strategy

We both skipped our meeting yesterday – it’s nice to have somebody who sets an example in taking a day off.

Thanks for reading what I’m writing,

Jody Susan

The post down below from 99 days ago makes me feel like I’m still struggling with the same old things, but as of tomorrow, I will have lived in this spot for one year, and I can see a whole load of progress has been made since moving in – mostly in the area of healing and restoring my heart, mind, soul, and strength after so much heartache – which I’m grateful to the Lord for.

I'm not sure what to say here: I once got second place in a dog-look-alike-contest? I know how to fold a fitted sheet? I'm pretty much a poster child for social backwardness - at least as far as social media is concerned; but I have some stories I think I'm supposed to share and am attempting to do that here, in this space.
