I remember when I lived in Texas that I liked cloudy days, because they were so rare.

In Indiana they are definitely the winter routine.

What Did I Accomplish Today to Be a Writer?

• Did Day 327 of the 100 Words a Day Writing Challenge 2024 through L.A. Writers’ Lab

• Finished editing my audiobook!!! but I didn’t really, because one six minute chapter had a funny sound in the background. I’m not sure if it’s fixable, or just something I’m going to have to live with, but I felt a little thwarted. It’s okay – just another opportunity to persevere…

• Participated in Quiet Friday and worked on a poem (after doing a writing prompt)

• Practiced presenting a story structure lesson to someone, which I hope to share sometime in December

My Marketing & Distribution Strategies for Publishing & Improving My Platform

Well, hopefully next week, I’ll get to go back to designing my logo and getting content ready for my website, but for now, my focus has pretty much been the audiobook. I want to publish that soon – and the print version, too.
