What Did I Accomplish Today to Be a Writer?

I did Day 317 of the 100 Words a Day Writing Challenge 2024 through L.A. Writers’ Lab, did some research on a possible book collaboration series, went to my writing group, and watched the recording of a class I’m currently taking.

My Office Management Strategy to Cut Down on Distractions as a Writer

Well, I put up shelves last week. Now if I could just find time to attend to the stuff on them…

I did spend quite a bit of time sorting through my emails Monday. I really want to do a better job of managing that aspect of life.

It’s crazy to think about how email wasn’t even a part of my life twenty-five years ago. It seems to have a parasitic effect on my time. 🙁
