Confession: I’m a day late.

What Did I Accomplish Today to Be a Writer?

I did Day 297 of the 100 Words a Day Writing Challenge 2024 through L.A. Writers’ Lab and kept trying to figure out how to get Scrivener set up so that my writing can be stream-lined. I do think I’m making progress and feel an enormous weight lifted off of me – even if the learning curve is pretty steep.

I needed to pick somebody up at the airport, so I swung by an actual retail store and picked out a dress in line with my branding colors – in case I do any speaking engagements, and so I can use the blend of hues as a basis for my website picks.

My Content Management Strategies to Create and Schedule Manuscripts and Posts

Well, right now I’m supposed to be planning the rebuild of my website, so I’m contemplating whether or not to keep blogging and what kind of material I want to offer. I do think I’ve got it narrowed down more. We shall see what happens next…

The post down below from 99 days ago seems pretty ironic – I was so busy then with trying to make Word folders for all of the parts of a book. What I’m learning on Scrivener is light years away from that rough attempt to organize. I’m also glad I took the time to fix up that table and shelves way back then…

I'm not sure what to say here: I once got second place in a dog-look-alike-contest? I know how to fold a fitted sheet? I'm pretty much a poster child for social backwardness - at least as far as social media is concerned; but I have some stories I think I'm supposed to share and am attempting to do that here, in this space.
