I wish I’d started earlier in the day.

What Did I Accomplish Today to Be a Writer?

I did Day 197 of the 100 Words a Day Writing Challenge 2024 through L.A. Writers’ Lab and worked on editing my book cover for the manuscript about my mom. I also read the foreword for my writing group, got feedback, and made plans to meet with another writer so we can help each other with editing.

Someone called me back about renting a sound booth, so that I can start recording an audio version of my book. Hopefully that will be coming soon.

My Current Home Management Strategies to Help Stay Organized as a Writer

I didn’t get to my normal list, but as long as I keep things simple and clean as I go, it stays looking nice, and that does a lot for my ability to settle into a writing project instead of getting distracted by clutter.
