What Did I Accomplish Today to Be a Writer?

Hopefully I did Day 140 of the 100 Words a Day Writing Challenge 2024 through L.A. Writers’ Lab.

* Editor’s Note: I COMPLETELY forgot to do my daily writing, because I kept telling myself, “This is your day off”. I had plenty of time waiting in lines in airports and sitting on planes; but it just didn’t happen, so I did NOT do Day 140 of the 100 Words a Day Writing Challenge 2024 through L.A. Writers’ Lab. My streak hit a speed bump; but now I have a chance to start over.

What I’m Doing as Chief Operating Officer of My Writing Business to Move Forward

As I was pre-formatting these posts, I realized on this one that I had been writing L.A. Writers’ Lab wrong for a long, long time. I was in a dilemma about whether to go back and fix it on every post, or assume other people mispell things, too.

The fact that I just misspelled that word makes me think so.

This COO is making an executive decision to move forward and not go back and try to fix everything.

I want to be conscientious; but at some point, perfection becomes the enemy of progress.

I’d like to think the other strategic thing I did today was make it over The Atlantic Ocean safe and sound.

If not, there probably won’t be any more posts. Either way –
